Did a new activation. Successfully activated and made sure that text, calls, and data worked on the new public mobile line. Once confirmed I ported over my postpaid Koodo number using my account number. Submitted successfully on the website. Within a half hour received a cancellation email from Koodo and a text from public mobile saying it was successfully ported. Now nothing works. Call my Koodo number and it says number not in service. No text or data either. Can't make outgoing calls and no one can call me at my public mobile number either. I have LTE service. I've removed and re\inserted the SIM card number out times. Rebooted numerous times. And reset cellular settings as well. My iPhone shows the public mobile number. But the public mobile website shows my Koodo number.
lost service around 8 pm Atlantic time Sunday the 21st.
Suggestions?

Seems like there is an issue with reprovisioning the SIM with the new number. You might ahve to contact a mod if things don't sort themselves out today.
