I tried to port my number but it is stuck and I no longer have my old SIM card.

I talked to the porting support for awhile, they told me that everything was set up, but I still don't have my old number.

@Matt81p And you have tried to reboot the phone ? I’ll send you the porting team number private message they can give status update on the port request or retrigger it if needed . But first if you do t have old providers SIM card to reply YES to the confirmation text to port . You will first need to contact your old provider and ask them to verbally approve the port request

you need to talk to your old carrier first and ask them to agree the port with your verbal permission
Once that is set and they are willing to help, call PM porting support. I will send you the number. check your inbox for the phone number
