I want to port my phone number over to Koodo and I need my account number. I got locked out of my account and I can't submit a ticket. Can someone help me?

@BiancaK   You might have the account number from the Welcome email in the beginning

 

But best to get it from My Account (top right corner of the Overview page).   Yes, you need to get access back first.

Try self-reset via Forgot Password link there.

Or if that doesn't work, open ticket with PM Support:

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

2. Or Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

How long have you been a customer? Do you have rewards and/or promos or add ons on your pm account? You may want to take a temporary phone number with koodo and give them a trial run. If after a week or so you are a happy camper port your pm phone number to koodo. ( It does not need to be active just within 90 days of your last paid service.)

 

If you are not happy with koodo or with a new device you have 14 days to return it and cancel your new service at no cost to you (30 days if you identify as disabled). Thsn you can just top up and reactivate your pm plan/account and pick up where you left off....no harm, no foul.
