This is how customer service works here. You have to wait for someone to reach you back via private messages. It could take hours or even a day if they are super busy. Just keep waiting.

You are talking to customers like yourself. Agents do NOT monitor nor accept requests through this forum.
If you already managed to open a ticket you have to wait until agent gets back to you. Monitor your mailbox (envelope icon, top right on computer).
