Do you still have the welcome email from here from when you signed up? The account number is in the to area but is likely in the headers/source.
@JK8- It's even just a hover - no click required nor will it do anything. (at least in my case)

Log into self service and choose the profile tab. Click the eye icon to the right to display full account number.

Your new provider will send the request to port the number out. Make sure your PM sim is in your phone to receive the confirmation text from PM to port out.

Login to the account, get the account number, the account needs to be active, leave this sim in a phone. Set up with the new provider and you get a text from here for you to confirm the transfer.

@sartajkhan you must intiate port request with your new provider, make sure your public account is still active
