Hi there, I tried to port my number from Fizz. While porting the number, I received a text from Koodo to add my Fizz account info into the Koodo site. BUT I do not have a Koodo account.
Does anyone have a number I can call to get port number help? Or what should I do?

I never heard of this before.
You could try resubmitting the port, or contact an agent by private message (CS_Agent) or a ticket.

There's not really a number to call.
