Koodo gave permission to Port. Yet SIM remains inactive

you are lucky you are porting from Koodo as both Koodo and PM are owned by Telus. There is a chance you don't need to Koodo sim card for text approving the port. But please contact your Koodo support and tell them the situation and tell them you are porting into PM

is this Koodo Postpaid service or Prepaid service?
If you are porting in from Koodo prepaid, you will need to open ticket with PM support for a manual porting request. Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
if you are porting from Kodoo Postpaid, go to My Account > Profile and click Transfer phone number and follow the steps there. Then put the Koodo sim card in a phone. Koodo will send you a SMS and ask your permission for the porting. You need to reply YES within 90 mins for the porting to complete
Once replied yes, you can put your PM sim card in a phone and wait for incoming calls to come. Reboot your phone ever 30 mins and test incoming call from another line. If incoming call reaches your PM sim card, then the Porting is completed
