I have moved to bell provider and need to port my number. I have requested this a couple of times from PM but no one has gotten back to me. Can someone please do this for me?

It is always the company who is receiving the customer who has to manage the porting process with the prior mobile service provider.

@gmyrick709 You have to port thru bell and leave your public mobile SIM card in the phone until you receive a confirmation text from public mobile to port @ that point you will have 90 mins to reply YES to the confirmation text

It is active. I was told that public mobile have to do the porting not the provider I was moving to

This is handled entirely by the company you are moving to.
Make sure your public mobile account is ACTIVE or they cannot request a port.
