I am attempting to port this number to Rogers. Rogers informed me that they keep receiving the following message from Rogers’ porting team:
“As per the porting center, the number is not eligible due to it being on a non-reseller account.”
I need to confirm the account type I have with Public or advise on what’s required to make the number eligible for porting

i think it is a mix up on Rogers side. There is no non-reseller account here
but ask PM. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
