I switched to Koodoo yesterday, received my text from PM asking if I wanted to transfer, I replied “Yes”and 14hrs later and 3 identical texts from PM I am still using my PM SIM card as they have not ported my number to Koodoo.

@geilamartin check with Koodo Support. It is always to check with the new provider in porting. And with Koodo and PM both owned by Telus, it is easier to reach out to Koodo support and they can check and confirm the full porting situation on both sides.
