I have to reactivate the process to port my number. However my previous phone is lost, so I can't access my old IMEI # or sim numbers to complete a ticket, and I can't receive a text message to gain full access to my Public Mobile account. Any advice on what to do next?

@Andrew26 you are porting out from PM or porting into PM? The process and how to engage support would be different
if you just want to access PM's My Account first, Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with support and have them to help in this situation:

Adding , just use account number from old provider . Don’t ever give the IMEI number this just seems to cause more hiccups then anything and it’s not needed
