I went to the store to port in my number but the online activation keeps failing so the rep called support and they finished the activation I have service on my phone but cannot make or receive calls or text message but the LTE signal keeps flickering on and off

@Pur3aznboiIt sounds like it is a hung port where the number is stuck and you need the moderator to reprovision your number (and temporary number) for you again.. you would want to contact the Moderator team via this link. Expect to hear back from them up to 48 hours.

Tried that and tried calling my number but it says it's not in service as well they issued a temporary number but when I call it it just hangs up right away

Shut down phone , remove sim. replace sim then restart your phone. try that.
