I just switched to PM. Data signal is terrible!!!! It’s not even good enough to run a speed test. If I switch to my other provider or wifi it is perfect. Is this normal to have horrible internet connection???

Hamilton Ontario and bell towers everywhere. iPhone 13. Just reset. It got a bit better. It actually finished the test but still horrible

@Fern4 , what part of the country are you situated? This service runs on the Bell/Telus network. Take a look at the coverage map and see if you are situated in a low coverage area.

what phone do you have? which carrier you were on before?
start with Reboot phone and Reset Network settings and check again
Also, run a speed test and provide us a result
