I know this post is 2 hours old, however, I just wanted to share this Amazon link with you guys. My friend has this one out in the country and it works very well for her. Plus, it's only $161 vs $699. Also, if it doesn't work out as well as you hoped, at least you have 30 days to return it. Just sharing options.

You cannot. Most likely too much concrete and metal around you blocking reception.

what phone do you have?
try Reboot phone and reset network settings
Change the network mode to 4G and 5G and see if one of them is better
but remember, number of bars might not mean good or bad reception. Check if you have missed calls
and if nothing help, the only solution maybe to change to a provider with Wifi Calling, like Koodo or Telus
