These points are crazy why did I switch my phone plan?!?

So I used to be on a $30 plan once a month and I would get 2.50 points back every month and then I switched to a higher plan for $40 and it only gives $1.35 😯

Never mind the fact that they actually gave us a choice to switch to the new points at the beginning only to force everybody to have to change to the new points system, which barely gives anything. 

make that make sense

Why are they barely giving away points if they said they made it better 😡 😭 

I'm only happy about the data in my plan 😂

Unfortunately, PM recently lowered from 5% to 2% for points-back earnings.

Yes, over time, many companies devalue their loyalty programs.

Reward systems with businesses are always like that, start off great and downhill form there, Starbuck points, Shoppers points, Tim Hortons.. etc, all are like this.  So, enjoy what you have now.  And at least, the plan are decent here
