@AndyPM if i were you i would stay in the OLD program because the auto pay $2.00 is no longer vaild also you save some $$$ as well on your bill but once you switch over there are no turn back period.
If you use the example of a customer with the $40 plan that is the $2 autopay reward break even point then the main difference between the two programs is the loyalty reward vs anniversary points. Community (give back) and referral rewards/points are earned in the same way with the same value.
Anniversary points are added once a year on the anniversary of your activation. You recieve 10 points...no more no less. Suspending your plan does not affect the awarding of these points.
Loyalty rewards increase by $1/30 days for every year you are a pm customer up to a maximum $5/30 days after the 5th year. Suspending your account for more than 60 days will delay a yearly loyalty increase by the same amount of days.
Anniversary points: After year 1=10pts year 5=10pts (total=50pts) year 6=60pts(total) year 10=100pts(total) or $100 year 20(total)=200pts=$200
Loyalty rewards: After year 1=$0 yr.2=$12 yr.3=$24 yr.4=$36 yr.5=$48 (yr.5 total=$120) yr.6=$60 (yr.6 total=$180) $60/year thereafter 10 year (total)=$420+$300/5 yrs thereafter 20yr (total)=$1020
