If I redeemed my rewards points for a payment, do I still get points for that month? Please help to clarify. Thanks.

That's not actually true. Paying for a plan from the available balance does still earn points, but only if those funds weren't purchased using points. A customer could have preloaded extra funds to the available Public Mobile available account balance or vouchers could have been used, neither of which would reduce the amount of points earned per plan renewal.

@Silina no you don't the 5% back when youn redeem.
I've been redeeming for 6 months now and have not gotten anything back.
That's one of the draw back of getting points in the first place.
You only get points on your actual amount paid.
