Hello!
My daughter and I used my husband's referral code and neither of us got points or $ off. Is this because we were customers a few years ago and aren't technically new?
Also we uses to get $1 off our bill every month for autopay and we aren't getting that.

You should get $10 in available funds within 72 hours of activation of account. That will be used for your next payment date.
The new rewards points system does not have monthly autopay discount unfortunately. You will get 5% back in points every month and 10 points each year on your anniversary date of sign up for loyalty.
