If your plan is $41.25, you should have received 5% of $41.25 in points. But if you have the bill reduced by points, you will only earn 5% of the reduced bill.
Edit - to remove the strong word as many object. Happy "earning" points.

Rewards points - the more you earn the less you get - does this sound right to anyone?

Hi @tzliu what's the main issue??

After the expiration of the promotion and for the trouble of switching over, will seriously think of getting out of here.

Yeah unfortunately you only get 5% of what you actually spend each month, so your first 10 credit for adding a referral code or 5x5 promo, or if you use your points for a 15 bill credit then you will get less as you spent less. Same with add ons if you pay in full you get the full 5% but if you redeem points for a free add on you don't expect to get the points on the cash value of them? I mean it would be nice but they don't do that, so while it would be amazing if they did, it definitely comes nowhere near fraud bc they say 5% of purchases (of what you actually spend)

Hi @tzliu first, you will have to get to 15 points and then convert to $15. And yes, on that month you use the $15 bill credit, you will only earn 5% of ($41.25 - $15). Remember , you earn 5% point of what you spend here.. not necessarily 5% of the plan amount
