@yyjyyj Yup, it's painful. The second rep I got resolved my issue immediately. I was supposed to get $1.60 in points but they could only do even dollars so they have me $2. Hopefully I don't have this issue next month.

Omg,the agent was terrible, he said he understood i missed the 5% point back rewards on March 04 payment,but he kept talking about my $15 credit of redemption which is irrelevant.
I am talking to a wall now

Same thing happened to me on my March 5th renewal. I got my referral points, but not my 5%. Working with support agents has been challenging. First they responded to explain the migration from legacy rewards to Public Points, completely ignoring my actual question. Then they told me I hadn't waited long enough, and to wait a few more days.
It's now been 9 days and still no points. I just messaged them again tonight.

it could also be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and My Rewards to check the rewards points, or try using the PM app but you will need to logoff the app first and log back in

do you always pay the $20 with credit card or vouchers? or you redeemed points to pay ?
they won't pay the 5% for any amount paid using the redeemed points. So, only amount paid via credit card or voucher will get the 5%
