@ken8...log in to your account. See if it says plan is Active or Suspended.
If you have a valid credit card on your file, see if you can manually add plan costs to Available Funds to Reactivate your account.
Double check credit card info. Most times that autopay fails is because card has expired....but not always.
It's good idea to manually pay plan costs a day or two ahead of time to avoid the rare, but annoying..Credit Card failure that has plagued PM for several years now.

You could purchase a voucher and call 611 to make a payment or use recharge com or ding.com but there is a service charge.
