Hi everyone, 

I transferred my number out from public mobile to other carrier three days ago. I have been with public mobile for two years and I love public mobile. Good price and good deal. I transferred out just because getting a new phone from other carriers.

 

I want to get my previous payment history back since I would need the statement for expensing the bill. However, I could not access my account now since the account is cancelled... (I can still sign in at the community though). Tried to check with the support chat bot but it keeps directing me to nowhere lol.... Could someone please advice or suggest? Thank you very much!!!

you can ask PM support to help with that.

  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
