Can someone help please I don't see how to get help from the people that work for pm but I really need my old number working and don't like that's it's no longer working with my wind Sim and also not working with my pm Sim I use that number for business and also for my son's school and everything to get a hold of me so I need it working by Monday. When I ported it nothing came up saying something went wrong so I don't know why it didn't work but now it's not working anywhere so I don't know what it's doing and I can't have it lost. Please help I have reset my phone, porting happened at 6pm yesterday, please please help thanks

Ok. There is nothing I can do for you. You need to tag a Mod to get them to look into your account. Sorry.
It may take a few days for them to get back to you.
Maybe sooner.
But they wil get to you.

It seems like you maybe experiencing some error that needs to be addressed internally on PM side.

 

Have you already sent an email to PM asking them to check this? Go to "Contact Us" from the PM site, and follow the instructions. They will reply you through email. I have used that myself when I couldn't find an answer in the forums.

 

They replied surprisingly fast and everything was sorted out!

Yes I signed up with a pm number then did the porting after I did the port at 6pm yesterday

My phone is an s4 unlocked and works with a pm number but just not getting my number from wind. It did say successful and after that when you call my wind number it says it's not in service
