Trying to register a new SIM card but when I enter the number on the card, it tells me to enter a valid sim number. The sim is definitely for public mobile and definitely correct

@Ritasuliting   Try again using Incognito mode and see if it works

 

you never used this card before?  it is brand new?

 

Also, you got it from store?    it could be that they got mix up and give you one that they activated before.

 

If you tried again and still not working, open ticket with PM Support and they can validate it for you 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
