Please cancel the cell phone plan I just signed up for

The reason is somehow it's not the plan that they wanted. It says the plan is fifty gigabytes of 5g data for $34. I wanted the 75 gigabytes of 5g data for $40. When i had signed up i had said no i didn't need a SIM card but I actually need a sIm card. I thought I was signing up for my wife's account and she did not need a sim card. I also forgot to enter the referral code. Actually I will keep the plan that it says I have signed up for but I need a sim card.

@Steveb0159 , if you have Amazon with Prime Membership you get free shipping & you can get the Public Mobile SIM Card for $4.99. I received mine within 2 days of ordering it!

@Steveb0159 - Contact CS_Agent for a refund & or getting the referral code in place to save. Also, the eSIM function needs an eSIM compatible phone. Physical SIM is what most (Or all of the phone manufacturers) use nowadays including the eSIM functionality.

some are fixable.    

the referral code, you can ask support to add it back

the $40-75GB is not new activation only, you can go into My Account and schedule a change for next month

the sim card, why you need it ? because it failed to activate esim?

if you still want to contact agent, you can message them (yes, message them for the referral code)

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
