 With my previous Carrier, I had a 5G connection in my phone(Samsung S20+) settings so I know my phone is 5g capable.

The reason is somehow it's not the plan that they wanted. It says the plan is fifty gigabytes of 5g data for $34. I wanted the 75 gigabytes of 5g data for $40. When i had signed up i had said no i didn't need a SIM card but I actually need a sIm card...
