Please Help DISCONNECTED MOBILE NETWORK, MOBILE DATA NOT WORKING

ICEDIII
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Did all the troubleshooting. Mobile data turned on, reset network settings, checked sim card. Mobile data is turned on but my phone says disconnected mobile network?  I have a Ulefone X12 Pro

The issue is my phone is not compatible with VoLte. Sigh. Ordered a new phone.

Thanks for all your replies. Have a great weekend everyone. Cheers

Instead of just the couple APN entries, for this phone to work with PM network, you likely have to update the full APN details

Compare the APN settings below, try to update it and save:

APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
         or    default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include DUN for hotspot, please note case sensitive)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or  Turn APN on/off APN turned on
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D      (or try:   4D4F)

And make sure you try all the different network modes you have, 4G/LTE and 3G

Your APN settings are not set up probably.

To use Public Mobile's data and MMS (multimedia messaging), you'll need to configure your device's APN (Access Point Name) settings. The primary APN settings for Public Mobile are:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
You may also need to set the APN Type to "default, supl, mms".
How to configure:

Find APN settings: On most Android phones, you'll find these settings under Settings > Connections (or Wireless & Networks) > Mobile networks > Access Point Names. On iPhones, it's under Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network.
Add a new APN or edit an existing one: If Public Mobile isn't already listed, you may need to add a new APN.
Enter the settings: Fill in the fields with the information above.
Save and activate: Save the settings and ensure the new APN is selected.
Restart your phone: Restarting your device can help ensure the changes take effect.
