Other than the option to suspend your account or subscription for maximum 90 days, do you have subscription plans specifically for Snowbirds (who are not US-bound) who are away for 6 months in a year?

The whole idea is to not pay the while it's not been used for just under the cut off time.

With Vouchers you top up according to that time frame so that you still have an account without loosing your number.

Autopay will take full amount each cycle regardless of usage.

Why don’t you pickup a SIM router so you can receive calls and text anywhere in the world through the SIMore app without the need of roaming charges?

Other than Canada, the only other country that Public Mobile service will work in is the US.  It doesn't actually matter how long you are out of the country for, but the account will be closed if it is suspended for 90 days.   If you're able to restart your service before 90 days of suspension, or if a plan Public Mobile plan is kept continually active, there is no requirement to ever actually use the service.  Muskbird.com will sell real time vouchers that automatically add the top up amount to your Public Mobile account.
