Yep changing my plan I'm locked out of Google and I'm I'm locked out a public mobile I need my plans to the $15 so I can start receiving incoming calls

 @pkaraa : lol I've been wondering the same things. Waiting for them to update.

 

Edit: an unintended consequence of the edit indicator is that if you want to correct a spelling mistake or missing word well then...edit!! Other forums I read give a little bit of time before it might get marked as an edit. I guess to allow for little corrections.

Change your plan so you can start receiving incoming calls?? Is your current plan does not let you receive incoming calls or is your plan shows suspended right now.

 

Top up your account with $15 and choose the right plan and reactivate.

 

If you have trouble accessing self serve then send a direct msg to CS_Agent and they ll be able to help you.

Try this:

 

  1. wait 30 minutes
  2. clear cache and cookies
  3. open an incognito tab
  4. try again

 

Here's how to change plans:

 

First login to Self Serve to this screen:

Then, click Change Plan:

Then select desired Plan:

Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

or try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and if you use a home internet take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

@micheljo did a payment fail? Is your line suspended?  What plan are you currently on?  All current plans have unlimited incoming calls so  unless you are on a grandfathered plan ($10 or $15) which had limited minutes. Then calls should work.

 

Did you try doing a plan change and that failed causing issues ? If so use the chatbot to submit a ticket to CSagents to investigate.
