Hello,
I have activated a plan and I am currently using it, and I also activated Autopay, and the payment due date is April 18. I see Plan Expired in my account status today. Why did it appear?

As long as you have service and a valid payment method or enough balance to renew, you can ignore the "Plan Expired" message for a day.

@Mahshid91 just leave it the process goes from expired, suspended and back to active by 8 in the morning. if auto-pay fails you will receive a text

@Mahshid91 because you live in western Canada. your account will renew a day earlier because of the time difference
