My plan payment is due tonight. I went in to make a payment and my plan says expired. Is there a mod that can help me find a plan that's the same for the price and get my account back up

@Tiffenyg, are you on a promo plan that is no longer being offered?  If so, it always shows expired to mean that it is not available as an in market plan.  Notwithstanding this, since you already have the plan, you can simply pay and the system will renew the legacy plan each and every time payment time comes along.  This is a really confusing thing that Public Mobile seems to not be in a hurry to fix.

Equally confusing is how the account goes through various transitional phases at renewal time.  On the night of renewal, the account shows suspended and then finally active when payment actually goes through.  The best way forward is to use auto payment so that you don't have to go into the account and see all this confusing stuff.

@Tiffenyg

You don't have to select a different plan.  You can keep renewing the same plan if you want to, as long as you haven't made any changes.

If you are registered for autopay and today is your payment due date (as listed in your account overview page), then here's what to expect:
1. Expiration of completed period. Account will show "plan expired" on payment due date.
2. Conversion of all rewards to available funds at midnight; rewards reset. Payment is not collected yet at this point. Account will now show "Your account has been suspended" in big red letters.
3. In the early hours of the morning, available funds will be used (if any), credit card will be charged (if necessary), and plan will be renewed. Account status will then show as "active."
Throughout this process, your service should be uninterrupted. You only need to contact a moderator for help if your service actually stops (can't make calls or use data).

If you are not registered for autopay, then simply make a one-time payment equal to your payment due and your plan will reactivate.  If today was your payment due date, then it is the last paid day of your just-ending cycle, and your payment will go into available funds.  Then sometime after midnight, PM's billing system will take that money and renew your plan.  Going forward, you really should register for autopay, as that will not only take care of the renewals for you, but also give you a reward of $2 off per month.
