Plan updgrade!

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this. I upgraded my 3 accounts to new plans Can/USA/Mex and 50g download or something like that. But, the updated plans on renewal disappeared after a month or so. I have been dealing with this chat technical support for two weeks now kinda getting old fast. I was able to see two of my accounts get repaired/fixed but now on the last one the Tech Support is asking for evidence  WTF! Was I supposed to screen shot this to prove my case, oh well did not do that. They have no history in the account to show when it was accessed etc. What more can I do?

Any help in this regards would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chalupa, 

You have given me hint at what maybe going on here. Two of my accounts are on 90 day plans from way back and I notice you mention 30 days. And the new plans are for 30 days as there was no option for 90 days like the past. So maybe that's why my "renew on renewal date" didn't work as it was 90 days away pretty well. 

And my third account is on 30 day cycle and it appears to have worked properly.

One of my 90 day accounts now shows the upgraded plan on renewal date, with 30 day pay cycle.

Just one more to go, I will cross my fingers as this has been going on for two weeks now.

Sorry I'm a bit late to this party however, part of your comment/question makes me think you already have evidence. Could you clarify if I'm correct or if I misunderstood?

Are you saying the plans never switched over on renewal or did they all switch for one month and the go back to the old plan. Context is everything and when I read "after a month or so" to me, when you have a plan change set for renewal, it's usually under 30 days till that change is supposed to happen. Therefore it would have disappeared on your renewal date OR it changed, you had the new plan for a month and then it reverted back to the old plan. Make sense?

@Maroon1963  I know it doesn't really help now, but I always screenshot any changes just in case. Never had a problem that needed them though so far.  I'm not sure what else you can do apart from working with customer service agents.
