I updated my plan to the 15gb 4g speed and it was to take effect on Nov 21. I looked at my plan today and I am still on 5gb 3 g speed.
I have a conformation and took a photo of it. How do I get this corrected?

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Jencoug hi you may be seeing a cached/old version in your account use the refresh spinner if that doesn't work try a different browser in private or incognito mode and sign back in to see if it updates

HI @Jencoug it is a cache problem and you are reading old cached page
Please try clear cache first, then relaunnch browser and re-login My Account for the correct plan info
or use Private or Incognito mode to login My Account
