Plan renewed data didnt

I renewed my plan three days ago but my data did not renew

if you really cannot get it working, ask PM agent to help.

I just renewed it my phones was dead for the whole weekend there’s no way the usage makes sense I tryed resetting the network nothing so I had pay extra anyways

try reboot the phone and test it

also, make sure you didn't set a Data Limit on the phone, sometimes that is what blocking the use of data

if your regular plan includes data and renewal has occured already...your data will also be re-filled. Log in using the app, look at Usage Breakdown to see plan detail. Try doing a network re-set to see if that helps.
