I used to have my plan renewal 10. Of each month. Now suddenly is 22 of each month. Why is that. Recently I didnt use PM service for 3 moths while I was away. When I renewed my plan was starting on 26. I believe I added money to my account on 22.
Does my plan starts when I add money to account?

Just didnt pay for 2 months

I was away for less than 90 days. System was showing that I have to renew by 26 july in order not to loose number. I put sone funds 22 july and that triggered my subscription for next pay period. This what I think happened.

You suspended the service. Or did not pay which also suspends. A date would say 90 days in the future. That means when the account would fully deactivate. You paid and reactivated before that date. Now you start a new 30 days.
In the case of 31 day months, the renewal date will move up one. In the case of 30 day months, the renewal will be the same. In the case of February the renewal will move back 2 days (or 1 for leap year).

Hi @Bakibo What is your current cycle date?
To answer your question about renewal date jumping, we really need to know your current cycle as well as your payment history in the last litter while
And, any chance you made any plan change?
And , you said you went away long, could have been account was already suspended, you came back and reactivate so, the cycle start date shifted. We really need to check your payment history to understand
Of course, if you rather CS agent to check for you, please open ticket with them:

It's always so much easier to help with pictures. Can you provide images of your payment history for the last couple months or since July.
You suspended. You reactivated. That's a new 30 days on that day. July 22 until August 21. You can see that end date in your plan usage box.

That could be the case
Thnks

Meow for me thats not 30 days. Sorry. But thank you

@Bakibo There must be some error as PM takes payments every 30 days. Unless the account was suspended and your account needed to be paid before the 90th day (|July, 26th?) and adding funds earlier would reactivate the account on the date the funds are added.

Your account was suspended. Last day to re-activate it was 26. July. You re-activated it on 22. July. Next renewal is 22 August. Around 30 days depending how PM calculates date differences...

Does it mean that if I put money on the 15 my plan will start on the 15 you can wait until you get a little closer but don't leave it until the 26 in case something goes wrong?
@Bakibo hi yes if you reactivate it on that day that means your plan will start on the 15th

@Bakibo Your plan will renew every 30 days as long as you have a CC on account or load funds via voucher. Adding money earlier will not renew the account earlier but as already mentioned, the renewal date changes as payment is every 30 days and not monthly. The date may also change if account is suspended due to lack of payment and can be reactivated within 90 days.

Impossible to have Plan renewal at fixed date at PM.
PM's billing period is 30 days therefore every month is different date.
You can see next renewal date after you log in to your account.

@Bakibo hi it will never stay the same date since you are on a 30 day plan,if you stopped your plan for awile the day you start new payments will be the new start day of your plan
