Plan renewal

Is it possible to renew your plan before the renewal date? I would like to know if we can pay for the plan earlier to get the services of that  new plan instead of waiting for the due date.

@Sing0763  The correct answer to your question has been posted by @ChuckYeah . You can change your current plan now to a different one thru self serve but you cannot renew your current plan now without asking the moderators to do it for you.

@Sing0763 , if you want to change to a higher plan, you can do so through self serve. If you want to renew the same plan, you must go through @CS_Agent .

Yes, you can change to your new plan early using self-serve online before your renewal date.

Please note that there is no refund of the unused days of your current plan.
