Why not? Are you not on auto-pay?
Ensure you're using a credit card or debit Visa.
You can also try to purchase a public mobile payment voucher available at many retail locations (gas stations, drug stores, TELUS/Koodo booths, etc)

@Blessovick If in a hurry you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume service right away .
