I’m looking over the plans available, and notice you can jump from unlimited talk at $20 to unlimited talk and text for $25.
Its a shame there isn’t a $15 option. (50 minutes talk, unlimited text). I can think of a couple that would be puuuuuurfect for. 😞
Hell, if it was even $20 like the data plan it wouldn’t be so bad, they just don’t need data.
side note... my mothers had to top up her rogers paygo 4 times in July due to service issues with her home phone and had to use texting far more than usual, rarely does talk.

@Zhuoyu in addition to what @Anonymous mentioned, that $10 is just a "base price", but the system won't actually let you select a plan with no talk and no text and no data--at least one of the services must be selected to be considered a valid plan.

@Zhuoyu, Unfortunately that's just the way the price builder puts things together. On the other hand, if you have talk and data, adding text often costs nothing, or even lowers the total price!

I agree. Hope to have more and fair options. When you try to build your own plan, there will be $10 even if you don't choose anything. What is that for?

Even at $20 it would be snatched up IMO.

Freedom Mobile has a deal for $15. 100 minutes, unlimited text, 250 MB. If Pubic Mobile could offer something simlar, that would be great.

There sure is a lack of competition in this country. There's no incentive to do anything other than price match. It's totally surprising that there is no text add-on option to complement the limited talk and text plan.

Oh I know... it’s like I said tho... “it’s a shame”.

Public Mobile usually base their plans around what the competition have.
