Renewed my plan and phone is not working tried turning phone on and off multiple times

What plan do you have? Can you log into your self serve account using secret/incognito mode and check your transaction history? Do you see your 30 Day plan charge of $10 and your Data charge? Is there a balance in your available funds? If you only have a $10/30 Day plan charge you have suffered a renewal failure and must contact customer support to get it fixed. Otherwise we need more details....?

More details would be helpful.

In your self service account, Is your plan status active or suspended?  

Was payment successfully processed?  

Does anything work with your phone? Talk? Text? data?
