Money was taken from my credit card on 11 May for this quarter's payment.
However, I received a text on 12 May saying
"Your plan did not renew because we did not received your payment. Make a payment at publicmobile.ca/selfserve. If you have recently made a manuel payment, please ignore this message."
I contacted my credit card company, who said the payment had been made.
I tried to make a manual payment with a different credit card, which it said was successful, but my plan still has not been renewed.
At the moment I cannot receive or send texts or emails.
How can this problem be solved?
