@Tony8 "No plan was selected"... that would be detected by clicking on the "Overview" tab, and then clicking on the "Plan details" under the "Account status" header ?

I helped setup a SIM for my sister. She had the same or similar issue. The number was ported but no plan was selected.
She logged into her account and selected "change plan now", a chose a plan, and it worked.

What does the phone say ? Any indication/message on its screen ?
