Wow, are you saying that you haven't had service for 11 days? You need to contact the Moderator Team just click here to send a message to the moderators and they will help resolve the problem.

@Tony8  "No plan was selected"... that would be detected by clicking on the "Overview" tab, and then clicking on the "Plan details" under the "Account status" header ?

I helped setup a SIM for my sister. She had the same or similar issue. The number was ported but no plan was selected.  

She logged into her account and selected "change plan now", a chose a plan,  and it worked.
