Hello, 2 weeks ago I filled out the form to establish a new subscription. After reaching step 3(payment), I got a message saying that there is a problem with my account. However, the payment was processed (I confirmed it with my bank). I paid for it but nothing has been sent yet to me.
This is the pending charge in my acct:
17 FEB 2024, PUBLIC MOBILE SELF, EDMONTON, AN -$28.00.
I am considering just staying with my current provider. It seems complicated to even reach a person to talk to.

I have decided to go with another provider. Too much hassle just to activate, I can't even imagine the problems ahead once the service is up and running.

Good luck getting your money back. My account got accidentally charged 2x and they won't refund it. The senior manager has ghosted me on private messages
