If you are online, clear the cache before login to your account.
If you are on the PM app, swipe down to update your data usage.
PM updates your usage twice a day. Around noon and midnight.
Depending on your renewal date. You might have used up 4gb already.

hi @702 if you mean the data usage showing on your phone, it is a device counter and can be reset yourself. The phone counter does not sumv with PM's own counter monthly
if you are talking about using on My Account, it could be just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
