Plan jumped in plan price

My plan jumped from $23.52 to $28.00. I purchased the cheapest plan for 1GB. Can this be reverted for my account please.

the old Rewards program that was used to reduce plan costs have been retired as of last May. Now we pay full plan costs but we get a few points. Once we've accumulated at least 15 points, then we can redeem said points against plan costs or buy add-ons.  Here's some reading to help explain....

@bluelemur  the original plan for $25/1GB is $28. 25 with taxes.  Public Mobile has removed the automatic discounts that everyone used to get.

Now we pay in full upfront and get 5% back in points.

To see what plans are available to you, you need to sign into your account and click on Change Subscription.  If the plan you is not there, unfortunately, that means you cannot switch to it.

Ensure you use Change on Renewal,  as there are no refunds/credits or pro-rated amount given.
