Hello, recently my service has stopped working and when I went to my account I noticed that my plan has expired. I changed the plan a few days ago however my service has still not returned. It currently says I have no plan available. I was wondering how to fix this issue. Thank you.

@mathusihan Just ensure that you have enough funds available in your account to fund the plan change you want and then click the Reactivate button and restart your phone.

@mathusihan do you have available funds on your account number, and it is still Expired/Suspended? You may try Lost/Stolen feature for a few mins through your self-service.

@mathusihan When you say your service stopped working, are all your renewal payments up to date and when you changed plans was there enough funds available to make the change in your account?

@mathusihan it's probably stuck mid change. Contact the moderators and ask them to fix it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Did you change your plan on next renewal date ?
Try making a manual $1 payment.
If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.
