why has my plan changed from unlimited Canada-US wide minutes to unlimited Canada wide minutes only?

I have hard copy of the plan description I signed up for.

hi @BCC481 how long you were on the Canada US plan? you sure you picked the correct one when you joined? There were 2 plans that have the same price but one with Canada US and one with Canada 5G

@BCC481  If you look in your account payment page dose it not show the correct plan you have . You can find most details of plan there . Also text to see if you can make a call to the US to test . If still not right message support to straighten out , your the second person to mention this today that I’m aware of
