Added nationwide voice calling to my plan. Now I cannot make voice calls. Message says that I don't have a long distance add on to support this call even though it is a local call AND I have a long distance package.
Messaged moderator but no reply. How long will it take to have this fixed?

You've definitely hit a glitch with the self-serve portal - appears to happen for some people with a plan change.
You've done the right thing by private messaging the mods. You just need to wait for their response now. Make sure when you messaged @CS_Agent, you included your name and account number along with your explanation of what happened. Shouldn't be too long.
