Plan change not working

A couple months ago I changed my plan to the 20gb 4g speed plan for 55 dollars a month. The plan change never showed up on my account even tho I was getting charged for it. And today I took advantage of the 20 dollars off the same plan with the promo code. And it’s still showing the exact same plan I was on originally which is 8.5gb of data for 50 a month and now there’s a 75 dollar credit on my account. What is happening? I don’t want to miss this deal

Your probably looking at old cached information.

If you want the promotion plan for $35 you'll have to change to it today to get it.

I was thinking that new offer was only for new customers...but some are saying that PM will honour it for existing as well.
