I've recently purchased a public mobile top up for $25 wich is the price of my current plan but the service is still not active. ive tried to talk to a rep but only get the machine

@Madigurlz, did your top up work? You should see it as account funds. If the funds are in, try using the reactivation button. It may take a bit of time for it to work.
